Share Our Suits
This case study will examine how attendees at a recent event provided suits and other clothing suitable for interviews, along with interview tips, directly to local organizations to help community members.
The Situation
We all know how important it is to feel confident when attending an interview.
At a series of recent meetings, attendees were asked to bring unwanted suits and clothing suitable to wear for interviews to donate to local organizations.
What Worked
These donations were coupled with brief networking opportunities or with attendees recording brief tips around interviewing or other job skills.
Items donated included:

- Shoes & Handbags
- Shirts & Blouses
- Ties, Cuff Links, Belts
- Coats & Warm Jackets
- Suit Covers & Carriers

Hundreds of outfits were collected and went directly to local organizations to help community members pursue new opportunities.
